The burger, made from a combination of dry-aged Washington prime beef and chanterelle mushrooms, earned a top 10 rating among over 400 burger entries in the nation. In fact, the sun-ripened sweet heirloom tomatoes and pea shoots grown at the casino were essential ingredients in Vista Prime Steak & Seafood’s entry into the James Beard Blended Burger Project in July. In early summer, Snoqualmie Casino’s signature restaurant, Vista Prime Steaks & Seafood, started offering guests fresh produce and herbs from the casino’s own organic vegetable garden. In a region known for fine dining and excellent cuisine, it’s no surprise that the Snoqualmie Casino culinary team is continually innovating and refining its menus to provide guests with an experience to remember.
